The future of the sport is right there and thanks to many sponsors the kids are doing their best in order to perform in this expensive sport. Among all kids the ones that made a point were: Phil Segers (most improved rider), Valentin Limon (hardest charger), Emma-Nellie Ortendahl (girl power), Markus Kutsokert (Pros choice) and Davey from Brazil who surprised all spectators and athletes with his incredible freestyle moves. Nedra Atwood took care the awards and she did a great job along with Chris Hagest.

>Bushell won Pro Runabout Open

After his superb ride and win in GP Runabout Open British rider James Bushell stormed his way to another IJSBA World Title by winning in a class of his own the Pro Runabout Open class. Dustin Farthing and Craig Warner gave him a hard time in both Motos but the British man got a 2-1 finish and captured his 2nd world title. According to his report his new Sea-Doo was perfectly fined tuned and with the adjustable boost pressure was able to control the gas and his rhythm during the race, without experiencing any turbo lag.

>Dauliach: World Champion in Pro Ski

The big surprise in Pro Ski class was no other than the first place of Frenchman Vincent Villat in Moto 1. Rick Sherker made also a very good impression with his outstanding starts and his third overall place. However the IJSBA World Title in Pro Ski was won by multi world champion Steven Dauliach that perfected a 2-1-3 finish on the three Motos proving his consistency. Portuguese rider Tiaso Sousa climbed to second overall in the class.

>Dardillat won GP Ski

Young Frenchman Valentin Dardillat won his first IJSBA GP Ski world title by racing in a class of his own at second Moto. He played safe and follow his unique strategy by knowing where his main competitors –Lopez and Flores- where at the course. He got enough points to win at the end of the day by riding smart at the extreme weather conditions. Top three finishers: Valentin Dardillat, Kevin Reiterer and Hideyuki Kurahashi.

>James Bushell won GP Runabout

British rider James Bushell won the GP Runabout class after a dramatic end when leader Graig Warner took the wrong line at the very last buoy in order to avoid a lapper and Bushell found his way through to finish first right on the finish line. It was an incredible race and the British rider gave a unique fight for the title until the last minute. Podium finishers: James Bushell, Graig Warner and George Kasza.

>Takenoshita on Runabouts

Japanese rider Mashaharu Takenoshita was racing GP Runabouts on Friday. He mastered Marine Mechanics new race crafts which is a Sea-Doo with an engine that features a turbocharger and a supercharger. The engine loud noise was a pole of attraction of this race craft. He was fast but the rough conditions did not help him to reach the front of the pack.
