During the World Finals TBM released a new ride plate for the Kawasaki Ultra 250X. Initially it was on display at the TBM booth and the ride plate featured an adjustable built in trim tab. According to Tim Bushman this design offers better drive through out the turn since it can be used as a brake when approaching the buoy in order to lower the nose down and increase the planning surface as well as drag. Additionally, it enhances acceleration when exiting the buoy. Its a smart design as seen by the pictures; one is activated by a trim lever which is fully adjustable. This mean that you are able to adjust the angle you want of the nozzle according to your riding style or race conditions.
