There are a lot of boots specifically made for jet ski riders, though none of them look like the Jettribe RS-15 ones. Basic features: Tough external abrasive resistant Frog Skin for durability, Side panels are close weave flow through mesh for water drainage, yet sand or gravel does not get in, Tripe D ring Velcro straps for added security, Front entry zip, Tri point pivot traction pads along with Gecko Grip knobbies, and Entire sole is adhered by Reactive Process, which melts rubber together and it over-stitched for additional durability. I have been wearing jet ski boots since 1992 and to be honest this is the very first pair I felt so comfortable and confident when I tried them on the race course right away. First day I used it I was riding stand ups for many hours due to the testing procedure and until I got them off, I did not feel tired or any kind of discomfort. When you ride or test ride stand ups you bound to get in to a maximum angle of lean and these are the moments where you need the best grip you can get from your boots. Some riders often put some extra supports in the front-middle part of the tray to enhance grip. Thought, some times those additional supports are dangerous if you fell off. Jettribe RS-15 shoes provide very good grip under the most extreme circumstances. I used them on different mats and the result was excellent. The pre-curved sole with the arch support provides more comfort and the external wrapping secures sides and toes limits the side-to-side movement of the riders feet. Another great advantage of those boots is that the 9 mesh flow panels allow water to drain quicker. Those who ride on sandy beaches or beaches with small pebbles will soon realize that they do not get inside those boots. If you have not tried them consider those boots as a very interesting option next time you would go shopping for jet ski boots.
