The use of the fuel reserve or the loss of the reserve tank is systematically penalised. Off-Shore safety material: 3 handy flares, 1 parachute flare, 20m or rope, anchor, paddle, mirror, compass, first aid kit, second lanyard stop switch, whistle, foil blanket, waterproof flash lamp, extra batteries, VHF radio 5 watt, extra battery, radar reflector and waterproof bag.
