The riders who finally made it to Vladivostok for the Offshore race hosted from 13-17 of August were not very happy with the latest announcements. First surprise was that the organization has changed the race dates and not telling anyone about it! Racers got this information when they arrive at the hotel. In official website (www.russkyoffshorerace.com) still say that the race will be on 13 to 17 August but now it will be held on 14 to 18th. Many riders visa ends on 18th and their flight leave before last stage of the race. It is unbelievable how badly even these basic things are taken care of. These are the simple things that pull riders and teams away out from the sport.
