Canadian ace Mike Klipper Klippenstein wins in a class of his own the third and final round of Hot Products Triple Crown Offshore series. On board his R&D Turbocharged Yamaha FX SVHO Klippenstein recorded a stunning 55min53sec by covering the distance of 55miles from Dana Point to Seal Beach & Back. Klippenstein is the only Yamaha rider who ever won all three Rounds of Hot Products Triple Crown Offshore series. No other Yamaha rider has ever achieved such an accomplishment in those race series, therefore, Mike Klippenstein makes history for R&D and Yamaha.
