These are the billet aluminum cylinder heads that are made by Crazy House in Japan for the Yamaha SuperJet engine. Noting from the size they are referred to big bore cylinder blocks that are also equipped with pneumatic power valves. The company also produces the power valve base out of billet aluminum. Both items are anodised to resist corrosion attack.
