We have heard a lot about the European Ultras and the latest news talk about the engines output. Due to the EEC strict emission laws the European Ultra 300X will produce 290hp but it will still have the same top speed as the American Edition. On the other hand Kawasaki, USA had informed us that the European Edition will not have the governor in the Electronics (that reduces top speed) which means that it could tope 70+mph. We will find out next week.
