Larry Rippenkroeger is looking for a few good men. Actually, Larry is assisting Universal Studios Japan in their search for new PWC stunt performers for the Waterworld show located in beautiful Osaka, Japan. If you are at least an expert level standup ski rider and have dreamed of breaking into the stunt world, this is your chance. Auditions will be held in the Los Angeles area on September 10, 2011. Kawasaki SXR800's will be provided and riders will be evaluated on their overall abilities, including maneuvering in a confined area, performing fakey-subs, etc. Those riders lucky enough to make the cut will be offered a contact to perform in Japan with perks that include - Net pay between USD $2850.00 and USD $3000.00 monthly*(Universal Studios Japan is required by law to tax the gross income of all performers. Therefore, compensation is listed in net figure amounts.) Bonus pay structure. Performers could earn up to an additional USD $4000.00* based on a year-long contract. (Shorter contract lengths are appropriately pro-rated) All performers receive a daily per Diem of JPY 4700* (approx $60.00) while in Japan. Each performer will receive a round-trip economy airline ticket from their homeport. Each performer is automatically enrolled in USJ's medical insurance program while under contract. Each performer will be provided their own fully furnished apartment in cast housing, which includes among other items a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and television set. Each performer will receive a train pass to and from Universal Studios Japan and cast housing or a predetermined, suitable transportation allowance. Each performer will receive a bicycle. Each performer receives a mobile phone (with limited toll allowance). Each performer receives a gym membership.
