This is the new material that Jettrim used in many applications at this years World Finals. It is called basket weave and mainly it was spotted on the side mats and front dash cover of stand ups. It is priced the same as standard vinyls. Side mats would run around $95. The particular photo shows the mats made for Dustin Motzouriss Ski.
