>Rickter EDGE FR/FS specs

Rickter has recently introduced its brand new EDGE hull which is an evolution of its predecessor Rickter FS2 and FR2. Years of research and development, experience and riding have been put into this new hull. The hull has been shortened from its predecessor to enhance and increase manoeuvrability. The Rickter R&D team also spent an extended amount of time testing rail heights and widths to find the perfect size and position that maximized the hulls stability and hook up that resulted in a hull even more manoeuvrable with stability at all speeds. The hull is manufactured with a set of removable rear sponsons, the ability to taker them off will give you a ski super easy to flip in flat water and really small surf. Many changes have been made to the bottom of the hull to deliver unbelievable hok up in corners one of the key areas of focus during the R&D was design a hull with high stability for all levels of riders but mostly to bring back the ability to ride at high speed in the surf, the high speed surf riding was lost due to the development of hulls that had primary goal of jumping and doing aerial tricks. The final result was a ski super stable and even more manoeuvrable. The back of the tray has been raised to act as a kicker, this allows the rider to load the pump by simply shifting body weight towards the rear of the tray and onto the kicker. The top deck of the EDGE series has been totally redesign with its new stealth look. The 2015 Rickter graphics featre a Classic Rickter look available in various color and the all new “Trash Look” graphics kit. All EDGE hulls are fully epoxy infused and available in: Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber look and full carbon fiber. The EDGE feature and have these items installed during manufacturing: Adjustable binding system, adjustable engine mounting plates, Scupper valve, hood pad, 2 hole billet handle pole bracket, high flow air breather tubes, billet hood clips, rear sponsons, graphics, EVA fully Turfed.
