This new pump is a product that comes from the collaboration of Thrust Innovations and Skat-Trak. The later makes the hub with the static vanes and Thrust Innovations makes the sleeve and the pump. It is an 160mm which can be used for 900-1000cc engine applications. Brian Virgin of Thrust In. informed us that soon there will be another model coming up of 155mm. The stainless steel hose clamps are manufactured by the Oetiker Corporation. They are difficult to remove, but they also are the most reliable method to secure oil lines, turbo hoses and other important hoses that need to stay intact. Many hose connections are impossible to access without removing your engine or components, so it’s extremely important that you can trust the connector 100%. Usually it is difficult to determine exactly which clamp you need unless you have use them many times and you have gotten familiar with the sizes. IFWA World Champion Jake Montanton had a pretty good get-off while training in his home country of South Africa.
