>Lee Stone, Pro Freestyle world champion

The competition in Pro Freestyle appeared to be very good and a handful of riders appeared with new routines with a nice combinations of tricks. Lee Stone and Daniel Martin raised the level in competition and Jake Forest also put an awesome set of tricks too in his routine. However, Japanese rider Haruki Tsukamoto made a serious point on his X-2 style freestyle boat putting an one of a kind show with unique tricks that no one had ever performed in the past. Heel clicker was the new trick of Lee Stone as he was caught on air. Team Rickter riders did not show up this year and according to Rick Roy there was a reason for this decision. Rickter has been working on its own big bore engine which has not been finalized yet therefore, Rick Roy decided to keep it safe at the moment.

>Kevin Reiterer wins Pro Ski Open

Pro Ski Open was the only IJSBA class at the World Finals that had three motos. Each and every one of them was so hard since the boats were faster this year and the riders showed up with great fitness a fact that made racing even more exciting. Tyron and Dustin Motzouris along with Kevin Reiterer appeared on a new set up (New hull with a New engine), Mike Klippenstein competed on a very fast boat too and the big news was that Chris MacClugage was not competing in this class. Two strokes were far less behind in terms of horse power and top speed compared to the four-stroke missiles however when the conditions became rough Valentin Dardillat and Jeremy Poret closed the gap. In Moto 1 the situation was pretty clear. Klippenstein got the lead in front of Reiterer and Dustin Motzouris. However Klippenstein had his own issues therefore Reiterer got the checkered flag in front of Dustin Motzouris and Dardillat. Jeremy Poret appeared very strong in Moto 2 when the wind was blowing hard and the riders on four-strokes seemed to be be having an issue to ride hard their extra strong boats. Many riders experienced problems in the log jump or they were missing buoys. Poret, Dardillat and Jimmy Wilson were the top three finishers. Poret took the lead in Moto 3 in front of Skion and Dardillat. Reiterer, and Dustin Motzouris were following further back. Poret was in a very good pace. Dardillat passed the Norwich rider to get second and finally Reiterer moved up to third place. However, due to many rider that missed buoys and docked a lap (like Motz) Reiterer managed to clinch his second world title at the World Finals with Dardillat getting second overall and Skion Schjetlein toping the top three. Motz and Klipper did not manage to get a podium finish.

>Pro Runabout Open: Botti in a class of his own

Frenchman Jean-Baptiste Botti proved to be in a class of his own since he won both motos of this class. However the rider who actually made a strong point out there was Gyogy Kasza from Serbia who appeared to have the fastest race craft. However Jean-Baptiste Botti took the holeshot and never looked back until the end of the race. Kasza made a jump start so he had to start on a dead engine a fact that did not put him up in the front for the beginning. Bushell took second in front of Kasza who made it to the finish line with a great effort. Chok-Uthit Molee toped the first five finishers behind Chowalit Kuajaroon. In Moto 2 Hajime Isahai took the lead with Iantosca on his back and Botti as a viewer. However, Botti having been master on riding in rough conditions soon took the lead and started building a safety margin form his competitors by racing on a completely higher pace. There is no question about it that the Frenchman was the only rider out there who could push his race craft 110% and he had a fast pace through out the whole race.
