Massive come back of South African Dustin Motzouris who not only moved in Arizona but also he put a huge effort to the growth of the re-established Kommander Industries. Dustin by wining the last Round of the US National Tour he got the overall win and title in Pro Ski Open Class. In his own words he mentioned “Thank you to everyone who backed me Steve Webster and Jared Moore for everything. I could not have done it without this awesome team, and thanks to all the pro ski riders for making an awesome championship that is an honor to win. This is the new hull which was designed and built by SeaDoo Centre in Australia. It made its debut in Europe with Kevin Reiterer winning all three motos in Jetcross Tour in France. Dustin Motzouris set up his first S4 with this new bottom hull. Motzouris mentioned that the new hull is outstanding and he is currently using it with a SDC ride plate. However, Kommander Ind. plan also to use it with a Kawasaki deck and to use different motor mounts in order to put a Kawasaki engine in it. Behind the great ingenuity of Franky Zapata, founder of Zapata Racing there is a very important person who actually helped Franky to design the famous Flyboard. David Ohayon is a specialist in fluid and aero dynamics who creates models and uses specific computer software to analyze the aerodynamics principals applied in various objects. Therefore, he can offer solutions in order to improve performance in those kind of fields. He has worked in the past with Total (Oil Company), Shark (Helmets), Car Racing Teams, etc. Zapata approached him a few years ago explaining to him the idea of having a tube attached to a jet ski pump and Ohayon applied the equations and fluid dynamics to a model prior creating the Flyboard. Ohayon is on vacation in Greece and we met him in Athens through his friend David De Palma owner of Flyboard Hellas which is in a partnership with Champions dealership. We thank Ohayon in advance for the great conversation we had and the projects he revealed to us. We shall simply say that Franky Zapata is not sleeping and he is a hard working person. Therefore, there will be more toys coming up in the near future from his company.

Dustin Motzouris proved that he is in great shape by winning all three motos in Lake Hartwell, GA. Also, he took all three holeshots and he lead the race by 40+seconds. A great weekend for the Kommander Ind. rider who decided to ride his two stroke race craft. Motzouris mentioned that his new Sea-Doo Centre hull performed very well during testing however he was experiencing some issues with his Weber engine. Therefore, he decided to race with his triple-cylinder SX-R.
