This is big news for the pwc industry since Dustin and Tyron Motzouris plan to move their business from South Africa in Arizona with the scope to run a big dealership selling Kawasaki, Honda and Yamaha products. Apart from pwc they will also sell motocycles and ATVs. Therefore, Kommander Ind. will be selling and working on Runabouts too. Fast Powersports is their Dealership in South Africa and it the second business besides Z-Craft. Dustin Motzouris is moving over to Arizona in January. Possibly these are the major facts that puzzle Dustin apart from some issues that he had with his new boat and did not do very well in GP Ski. As previously mentioned Motz will be the official USA Dealer of Burn Ind wetsuits and apparel. We wish these guys good luck to their future plans.

James Masterton of Sydney Sea-Doo was spotted at the Performance Alley at the World Finals wearing next year’s Jetpilot apparel. He is an official Jetpilot Team Rider. Rumors say that James will be coming next year at the World Finals to compete in Pro Runabout Class on a tricky turbo race boat.

We have extensively tested the brand new R&D turbo kit for the Yamaha FZR carrying out many runs and buoy testing with the R&D crew. We also tested it with a different actuator and higher boost pressure in order to verify AFR, rpm, and boost pressure readings. We had the world exclusive opportunity to test ride SE Speedmagic one of a kind four-stroke SX-R. This was an awesome project and SE is carrying out for fourth year in row. How good it is? You will found soon on our complete report/test which will be published in Tests section. The Japanese company knows what it takes to built a four stroke Kawasaki.

The young rider from South Africa may did not win even a single moto but he was consistently in top three and he managed to clinched the overall title in Pro Runabout Open. Farthing won the last moto but it was not enough for him since he DNF on first one. Jean-Baptiste Botti finished second and Takenoshita made it to third overall.

Kyllie Ellmers proved to be fast and consistent in both motos of the particular class. Yukiko Kume showed up very fast this year however she got a second and a third place finish in those two motos. Emi did not make a good start in the first moto but she worked her way through the pack and finished third. She won in class of her own the second moto but it was not enough to give her the overall title. At least that was the news from the announcing tower. Later on we found out that Kanamori won the title in the class having Kume in second place and Pija Sumer from Slovenia in third. Elmmers missed a buoy and she did not realised it however other riders saw her and with the protest she lost the title.
