>Benelli Group is back in the pwc scene

The company started its business as Hydrspace, then changed its name to HSR-Benelli and after disappearing for unknown period of time it appeared as Benelli-Group in Italy and recently has introduced its new range that will be available in 2012. The first of their new line up is the B3R, the B3R is a Runabout ski with four different versions (Pure, Cruise, Dynamic and Sport) available with performance from 150, 180, 265 and 315hp respectively. The last two are equipped with a turbo-charged engine. The point is that no one has ever told us what had actually happened to those 342 V6 units… How many clients ordered them and never saw them… Well the previous Runabout had many common features with certain manufacturer’s Runabout and this time the B3R series looks like nowadays… Well, if you guess it right we have a free T-Shirt to give away. The point is what the company is trying to prove this time.

>Panama City Pro Runabout: Farthing won

The Pro-Am Runabout Open class was filled with carnage and going into the final moto the top three positions were still up for grabs. However once the flag dropped for the start Dustin "El Diablo" Farthing wasted no time making it clear he would be a force to be reckoned with all season. Erminio Iantosca was able to take the holeshot and hold the lead for the first lap, but Farthing got under "The Boss of Watercross" on the first turn of lap two and never looked back, lapping the entire field en route to his first overall win of the season. Brian Baldwin rode consistently in all three motos and was able to sneak past Iantosca for the second spot on the box and the defending national champion had to settle for 3rd aboard his RIVA Racing powered ride.

>Panama City Ski GP: Mac Attack

In the Ski GP class the Jimmy "Eats World" Wilson took the hole shot but with the heavy surf he was quickly over taken by both Chris Maclugage and Rob Flores. Rockin' Robbie and the G.O.A.T battled back and forth for the entire moto swapping the lead several times until Rob finally lost an edge and took a water sample from the Gulf. With about 3 laps to go Flores wisely decided to settle in for 2nd place and conserve himself for tomorrow's two moto day. Behind him Wilson dumped and allowed teammate Bill "Hurricane" Haig to sneak by for the 3rd position and Wilson had to hold off a late charge by Josh Block to hang on to the 4th position.
