Minoru Kanamori apart from being an employee, research and development rider and jet ski enthusiast he is a race too. Usually we notice lots of tricky parts on his race crafts and he also has got some factory stickers, gear and parts that bring memories from the good old days of personal water craft racing. The pictured stickers were seen at the World Finals on one of his motor home chairs.

December it has begun leaving the World cup of Brazil behind and for the future what will come this weekend is the disputed of the Sea Doo Challenger with pilots´ of the Jet Raid presence. There were be 12 crafts RXP-X and 30 pilots all against all. The competition already classic inside the Brazilian circuit of closed course. The podium was filled with Celio Vinicius, 2nd Denihni Casarni and 3rd Cerio Azevedo. More info at www.anema.com.br

This year South African ex world champion Dustin Motzouris had competed in Pro Ski and GP Ski class. Dustin was riding a special carbon hull SX-R in GP Class prepared by Steve Webster of Kommander Industries. We have seen all fine tuning work done during the last week before the event and we rode his Trinity carbon hull SX-R that was equipped with a DASA power valve engine. Since four-strokes came out in pwc scene we have not heard anything about new exhaust systems and Factory Pipe is still selling a lot of these SX-R pipes. Though, someone thought of making a brand new exhaust pipe for Ultra. We have seen this picture at Rogue Jets web site and we are looking forward to hear more about this new project. It nice to see something really new coming up for the Kawasaki four-stroke engine.

This particular sport looking rear seat has been designed by Costantino, a firm that we presented in the past (read all about it under the Features Section). Its new creation scopes to replace the standard heavy OEM rear seat of Ultra that weighs -including the base- 15kg. This sporty seat weighs only 3,41kg and enables the owner to use the OEM rider’s seat. It is available in fiberglass (500euro), carbon (750euro) and carbon/kevlar (750euro) and it bolts on straight without needing any further adjustment. It was an incredible final day for the crew Panoussis-Amador of the F2 class since those two guys were left behind on 5th day after an incident. A big wave broke the hood and the gas cap of their Yamaha and since they had water in the fuel tank they did not manage to finish on 5th day. They managed to fix their craft and changed the ECU with an aftermarket on and moved on. Last day, they won every moto so they managed to win the F2 class and also the climbed to second Overall behind winner Pastorello. Well, done for the Greek rider Mano Panoussis and his Spanish co-rider Amador.
