Recently the team manager of the JFC Team, Pascal Barriac has announced that the aftermarket parts that his team has designed for race use for the Ultra 250X are for sale. Therefore, according to Barriac the cost of the front hood is 630euro (without tax) and the price of the seat reaches 700euro (without tax). According to a Yamaha source the company plans to bring out of the production line a brand new Super Jet. The new Super Jet will have a whole new hull which might be the same as the one that was developed by Rius Racing Team. It will be equipped with a new two stroke engine with a displacement of 850 – 900cc. Though, it was declared that it will not be for sale in Europe and it will only register for Competition Use Only.

Last years World Champion Frenchman Brice Lopez (right) stroke back at the second round of the French Championship, winning the Pro Ski class. The podium was completed by Michael Poret and Jean Baptiste Botti, both team members of JFC Team. Lopez is racing on a Hydrospace this year and most possibly will participate with the same race craft at the World Finals.

The new rider of JFC Team, Frenchman Michael Poret is the fresh blood of personal water craft racing in Europe. He competes in the Pro Ski class and he has already finished among the first 4 in the two races he has participated. He finished 2nd behind his team mate in the first round of the French Tour and in 4th place in the 1rst round of the European championship. He trains hard according to his instructor Pascal Barriac. Hopefully we will see him at the World Finals too!
