Respecting the experience and his race results in Pro Runabout Stock we asked BJ Ang from Networxjetsports of the Philippines to give us his feedback on the new Sea-Doo RXP-X 300 since he tested it in Lake Havasu City. ““The RXP-X 300 is the boat for next year closed course racing. The midrange is very good. You can really feel the potential of the stroker motor. Top end is limited to 67 or 68mph. You feel there’s too much power under the seat but limited by the rev limiter in the top end. The take off is good because of the big pump. It’s bigger pump now so there is better acceleration. This not happening. It is outrageous. I have been attending GP and MotoGP races for 25 years and I have never paid for a Press Pass. Now, I have just been informed from a friend that IJSBA charges $50.00 for a Press Pass this year. It is unbelievable. This is a scam. It does not happen to any other sport. Not even in F1 powerboat racing or F3 or Class1. The sport does not exist anyways if journalists that pay minimum $3.000usd to cover the event for a week stay at their homes nobody will know that World Finals even exist. Factory Yamaha rider Rob Flores has got his new wet suit and vest from Body Glove. Actually he is the ambassador of Body Glove in the jet ski racing scene. I do not think there any one else out there wearing a Body Glove gear.
