Junior Star program was initially introduced by Chris Hagest and now it is being run by Nedra Atwood. These are the new wristbands which were made by Jettrim specifically for the young riders. “Thank you Jettrim for sponsoring JR Star bracelets again this year! These bracelets from last year were such a big hit.”

>More Kawasaki models for 2014

According to respectable source from KMC, Kawasaki will be having more models in its Jet Ski line up for 2014. Small changes and add ups will be featured in to the current models. However, it has not been announced officially whether a new hull or engine will be launched this year. The introduction of the new Jet Ski line up will be done in the beginning of September. This week Kawasaki carries out the official photo shoot out of the 2014 units in USA.

>Kommander’s (Britannie Webster) refreshed Ski

Mrs. Kommander's ski is almost complete. New pink chin pad is painted and getting covered at Jettrim. There will be no excuse not to race other than I don't want her to get scratched. Thanks to all our guys (Brian Boell, Steve Webster, Joe Rykwalder, Karl Copenhaver, Kelly Sprague and Mike Lynch) at the shop for fixing her up!

>Prowatercraft Racing sponsons

Front and Rear sponsons for the SX-R are made by Prowatercraft Racing and according to Chris Hagest they make lots of difference to the overall handling of the boat. Hagest –shown in the photo- is installing a set of the new long front (cost $365 usd) sponsons on an S4 hull. The rear sponsons will be soon available at the cost of $150usd. Stay tuned and we will soon release a photo of the rear ones.

>Yamaha’s 2014 FZR/FZS

Yamaha introduces the new Super Vortex High Output (SVHO) 1.8L engine for the FZ series. The new engine outputs 20% more horse power (i.e. +41.6hp over the 208 of the SHO engine) and torque than its previous version. Its basic features are: a new high-performance Intercooler which increases the cooling efficiency by 25%, the improved oil cooling efficiency by 110% thanks to the redesigned oil cooling system, a new fuel injection system with larger injectors, new forged pistons, and a new larger supercharger impeller which improves the air intake by 20% and enhancing the boost pressure by 60%. The FZR/FZS is equipped with a 160mm 8 vein pump, new impeller, brand new top loader intake grate, new ride plate and aggressive style sponsons. The seat has been redesigned and the craft features new graphics and two tone color Hydro-Turf mats. The usual SHO engine is featured in the FX series of 2014.

>Bullett’s new Hot Rod

It looks like a hot rod since the colors are mixed together in such a way to form a true Hot Rod for the water. It is the latest creation of Bullett Racing, a new V2 Wideboy SX-R hull with a triple-cylinder SX-R engine. Well done.
