>Weber O2 sensor kit by Weberpower.com

The O2 sensor kit with gauge is fully wired and will connect directly into your Weberpower ECU kit. http://www.weberpower.com/electrical-ecu-ignition-kit.html This will allow the ECU to operate in the “closed-loop” mode, and write its own map files and / or monitor the AFR in both the closed loop & open loop modes. The closed loop capability allows you to “tune” the AFR and map file settings and possibly increase the performance. It can also be used as a “stand-alone” unit to monitor AFR by re-wiring the connector and signal inputs. We also offer the replacement O2 Sensor. The illustrated kit has part number EMS4-O2G and costs $210.00 and a replacement sensor EMS-4-02R costs $84.00. Available from Weberpower.com.

>Dunlop being rescued

Isle of Man TT star Michael Dunlop had to be rescued from the sea following a pwc incident in Douglas bay on the island on Saturday afternoon. The Northern Ireland rider, who won four races at the event, got into difficulties along with team sponsor Martin Marlow after the pwc capsized some distance from the shore off Douglas head. The pair were unable to restart the machine and began to push the jetski back towards land until they were rescued by the RNLI around an hour later after friends raised the alarm. A large crowd of bystanders had gathered on Douglas promenade to watch the drama unfold but Dunlop took it all in his stride and was joking about the incident as he was pulled to safety. The 24-year-old made the 2013 Isle of Man TT his own, winning the Superbike and Superstock races plus both Supersport events to boost his tally of Mountain wins to a magnificent seven. Story initially posted on www.newsletter.co.k. written by Kyle White
