Christophe Girello of TechOneRacing is preparing once again Chris MacClugage’s triple cylinder SX-R. The engine is ported and assembled by Cristophe and a Bullett Racing V2 Wideboy hull has been used. Soon Christophe will be on the water for testing along with multi National and World champion, Chris MacClugage.

Until recently Kommander Industries built most of their triple cylinder engine by using the classic R&D intake manifold. However the Phoenix based company recently released its brand new triple intake manifold which features a speed plate too in order to be able to remove quickly the carbs for tuning or inspection. The illustrated sponsons were tested by Sammy Pajalin of 88Motorsport.fi They are equipped with two backing plates of different width in order to be adjusted to the rider’s preference. The blade itself comes from a Sea-Doo RXP-X and the whole package is very good for close course racing according to Sammy. The set costs 545euro and its already available from www.88Motorsport.fi

The particular triple-cylinder SX-R was prepared by the crew of Kommander Industries and Steve Webster for New Zealander Trent Brown. Among many tricky things it features the latest V-Drive Trinity Composites hull and Kommanders new intake manifold, exhaust system and fine tuning spec.
