During the World Finals R&D released its new style T-Shirts in Limited Edition. The illustrated one features the logo Speed Shop which is the reason why customers from all over the world rely on R&D’s performance products. The T-Shirts were available in four different colors.

The illustrated mats feature lifters in order to enhance the rider’s grip while riding in a sport mode... The particular set was photo shoot inside Jettrim’s premises in Lake Havasu City, AZ. TechOneRacing, the Havasu based pwc store which is own by Christophe Girello and Lillian Beaumer played key role to the accommodation of many race crafts during the World Finals. According to Cristophe there were 42 crates in the yard of the store and all riders met there to prepare their crafts, spare parts luggage. This was a great support for many International riders who actually had a space to put their personal belonging and most of all, their crate. Also, the store provided race fuel and spare parts as well as labor work at any time before or during the race week. There is no doubt that this store played helped many racers and it continue to support their career in the future. Well done to Karine, Christophe and Lillian.

The IJSBA World Finals entered its fourth decade. The boats became faster and riders were more fit and the competition was raised in to a whole new level. New riders appeared this year capable of winning the title however the Steven Dauliach and James Bushell retained their #1 Plates. We tested R&D’s tuned Sea-Doo RXP-X which is equipped with a simple Performer kit that makes it IJSBA Pro Stock legal. The boat was tested extensively during the World Finals for many days, working on the boat step by step in order to evaluate with the best possible way the R&D aftermarket parts. The complete report has been published under the Tests section. R&D has figured out the best way to tuned safely the new RXP-X which outperforms the opposition on 91octane fuel.

Doug Silverstine was possibly the first rider who did research and development work for Kawasaki Jet Ski department. Here he shows the very first Kawasaki brochure which illustrates the legendary WSAA nad WSAB. We met Doug at Jettrim’s Vintage Jet Ski museum and afterwards we photo shoot him in front of the Team Kawasaki campus.

EME’s new Mirco freestyle hull is absolutely tiny so small and compact that makes you wonder whether it is real or not. Its length is approximately 1.60m and the width close to 70cm. Imagine what can you achieve on it when you put a 1200cc engine inside it. However the overall finish and attention to detail has been kept to a medium level since Malone indicates that this boat is oriented for Pro Racers and not for posers.
