The particular extenders can be added on any R&D alluminum backing plate in order to increase the craft’s stability at high speeds. These sponsons extenders have tested extensively by R&D research team and additionally they were used under race conditions with positive results. They are made out of billet allouminum and are anodized to withstand corrosion. The R&D sponson extenders have the following part number Pt. #122-01802 and are already available from R&D.

Japanese rider and Kawasaki R&D mechanic/test rider Minoru Kanamori poses with his great collection of Arai MX helmets. Kanamori was sponsored by Arai since he had started his job in Kawasaki Japan on testing motorcycles and ever since then he is been using them on all occasions. This is an old picture since by now he has far more of those ones with really nice paint jobs.

The new Yamaha platform has already been tested by www.jetskiworld.gr However there was a unique opportunity to test the new craft (published on Tests section) with bolt on R&D parts, such ar an Power Plenum Filter and an R3 Reflash ECU. This allows the craft to rev easier and to gain some speed. Among with an R&D Solas impeller the craft’s performance was improved substantially. The top speed was increased from 61mph stock to 64mph. Not so bad for simply fitting a few bolt on parts.

We have tested extensively R&D parts made for Ultra 300X and we found out what you actually gain by simply fitting bolt on parts on this new Kawasaki. Also, we tested two Skat-Trak impellers under the same conditions. Read all about it on the story published in the Tests section.

Rick Roy shows why he is such a perfect freestyle rider. Here is pictured with Karine Paturel. Certainly he did not invent Freestyle however he took it to a whole new level with his innovative tricks and awesome performance.

The illustrated design features slicker lines and a nicer sportive look. It enhances the overall aggressive aesthetics of the RRP pole. According to Rick Roy it has been design for the billet RRP pole and it mounts on the top of the steering stopper and with two additional bolts on the front. RRP will soon announce the color variations as for its cost it retails at $265.
