>Solas twin prop

At the World Finals we visited Solas booth at the Performance Alley and we found out that the company has introduced a twin prop design for the Runabout pumps. >Champion with Rotrex

Japanese Pro Runabout champion of 2010 Hajime Isahai came to Havasu this year and looked fast on his specially prepared lightweight Ultra. The particular craft featured lots of tricky parts (pump, trim tabs, etc.). Engine wise it was an exception among the American opposition since it was equipped with a Rotrex Supercharger that featured a watercooled oil cooler, tensioner, bracket and pulley. The kit is available at the moment by AMC Racing in Japan. Congratulate to the whole Team for their exceptional effort to design something different that gave them good results.

It was introduced by ULTRANAUTICS -Sea Flash 800cc- in 1989-1992. The Seaflash personal water craft offered the same 60hp Suzuki engine as the historic Wetbike. The Seaflash could also have modifications done to increase the horsepower. It offered a large storage compartment in the front of the hull to stash all your goodies. Its 60hp twin carburetor engine was one of the most reliable out there in the past. The hull was built much like a boat and is made to with stand just about anything. Seaflash Specifications: Engine 798cc 2cyl. Suzuki, Length 108", Width 44", Dry weight 420lbs. The particular one was photographed at TechOneRacing garage in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The last ever two-stroke powered Jet Ski made by Kawasaki has already landed in Japan according to the recent photos published in Avanti Blog. For the time being we do not know yet when those collector’s units will be available in Europe. The white graphics version will be available only in USA. If anyone out there -like Ty-McFarland- has one of the first Jet Ski’s he should buy this one for sure, in order to close the chapter of Kawasaki two-stroke stand up.
