For the sixth year in a row, the best personal watercraft racers (PWC) gathered in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., to compete in honor of fallen racer Mark Hahn. For those unfamiliar with the event, it is a 300-mile endurance race where participants can compete solo or as a two-person team. Riders complete the 300-mile race by finishing 30 laps on a ten-mile course throughout Lake Havasu. This years top team featured two of the biggest names in the PWC world. Monster Kawasakis World Champion Craig Warner and 8-time World Champion Victor Sheldon teamed up and took home the win. If it wasnt enough that this team won the event, they did so in record setting fashion with a time of 4 hours and 42 minutes. While speed is a major component of any race, the Mark Hahn Memorial 300 is about endurance, equipment and strategy. Sheldon and Warner proved to be the best in all facets.
