R&D has been working closely with Skat-Trak to develop the revolutionary Twin Prop (impeller) concept to work with existing R&D Engine and Performance Kit Packages. The Twin Prop concept works fantastic to eliminate detectable low speed or holeshot cavitation noticed on Pro Stock and Pro Limited Race Packages using the O.E.M. 6 vein pump assembly. The new Twin Prop design drives off the line much quicker than the traditional single prop, and offers a substantial increase in rough water hookup combined with the R&D Aquavein top loader scoop grate. R&D has done extensive testing to offer a range of pitch combinations that are packaged to work well using O.E.M. stock nozzle sizes for Pro Stock Classes where stock nozzles must be used. Vortech Superchargers are already assembled on kit and are available from Farthing Racing. The kit contains the actual Supercharger (G or H trim), intercooler, mounting bracket, pulleys, belt, belt tensioner, etc. Whatever your needs are, recreational or racing Farthing Racing will give you the answer. However, Vortech Superchargers are still trying to get a deal with Kawasaki in order to use their programmable Mitsubishi ECU.

Zapata Racing has already prepared a new engine set up, a V8 motor that actually consists of two Suzuki Hayabusa cylinder blocks mounted on a special crankcase. This new lay out promises to produce 450hp and Frankie Zapata plans to install it on a brand new hull with a total weight close to 300kg. This particular race craft will make its debut in Karujet 2010. Most probably this race craft will be legal for Pro Runabout GP class.

As result of a potential market in the Urabá Golf (Turbo), Eduardoño promoted during 2009, the FX models with excellent results in the recreational market. Turbo market has an interesting potential for tourism. With the collaboration of one Eduardoño dealer (MAR & NAUTICA), we developed the first S1 Adventure event in this area with an excellent response from customers and general public. Turbo is a port located on the Atlantic Ocean, in a gulf called Urabá. The Atrato river (most plentiful in the world) empties its waters on it. Before the event Eduardoño enrolled approximately 17 WaveRunners in various categories (especially 4 stroke 1812cc) which included 24 participants (1100cc 4 stroke and 700cc 2 stroke) 3 participants in each category. With a temperature of 30degrees Celsius at sea level the event took place at the beach near the city. We fixed a place for the event and invited the maritime authorities to the event. Shirts and caps were distributed to participants and the best times were awarded in each category. As never before Turbo had a nautical event and participants felt in "love with the S1 Adventure"" and asked for more events with more frequency."
