The 88mm Piston kit is a perfect piston for limited or mildly modified MPE-750 engines. The piston is forged & gas ported for extra durability and better ring sealing. The 9.0-1 Compression Ratio is the same as OEM and should not require major map file changes. It is compatible with the OEM ECU, but will require high quality 98+ octane fuel. When Kawasaki released the new Kawasaki 1500 SX-R almost a few days before the prestigious Mark Hahn 300 offshore race event, R&D was well prepared and launched many aftermarket parts in order to make it perform better in all terms. In Fact All of those parts that Botti/Maurin used to dominate the race, (rear sponsons, pole spring tensioner, air filter, hood hooks, ECU packages etc., were already available at the race site of Mark Hahn 300 last February. R&D is has announce that the company has been working extensively in order to produce a high performance Open kit for the Kawasaki. The kit will include, Aftermarket cams, race pistons and rings, reprogrammed ECU, fuel pressure regulator/fuel parts, cylinder head porting service, exhaust tuning parts, dual crank vent system, ignition relocator assembly, and drive line parts.
