Normal clutch wear with OEM and aftermarket Steel clutch washers will typically have unwanted galling on the clutch surfaces of the gear. The new R&D OEM Replacement supercharger gear (not available from Sea-Doo) enables the supercharger clutch assembly to be rebuilt to OEM specifications without the expensive purchase of the entire Sea-Doo supercharger shaft assembly rebuild Kit. All that is needed to rebuild the supercharger clutch back to new condition is the R&D High Performance clutch Washer Kit and the R&D 16 tooth Gear.
