Last June when HSR-Benelli introduced the new Series-S Race edition there where some serious issues with its hood (actually it took off while Monti was riding the craft ). The guys went back to the drawing board and made a hood hook similar to the TBM ones with the only difference that the HSR-Benelli hooks are built in on the handlepole bracket. The hood is supported properly and actually needs to be handled with care while removing it in order to prevent scratching the deck on the sides of the bracket area.
