Pascal Barriac of JFC Team has recently provided us with further details on the new Neken Ultra 250X adjustable steering system. The system is accompanied with three different apostates (deflectors) measuring 1cm, 2cm and 3cm that enable the rider to alter the overall height of the stem. If he/she still a much higher steering then he/she has to go for a different set on handlebars.
