Ultras Intercoolers are made for a specific use and have been tested intensively by Kawasaki R&D engineers. They core is a press fit unit on the case though after 35-40hours it starts leaking. At least this is the case on some units that were used in Stock Class racing. The point is that an official dealer and service of Kawasaki Jet Ski has informed us that Kawasaki Intercoolers do not show such signs of leakage. The point is that this particular leakage was not shown on standard units and only to ones that there were used with different cooling system (updated or modified) or under race conditions.
