The R&D Stage 1 Engine Kit consists of the RDP-16 Supercharger Pulley Wheel, and the R&D RDP-16-91 Reprogrammed ECU Tune (ecu must be sent to R&D for reprogramming). The Stage 1 Engine Kit will deliver more boost with increased horsepower and great reliably with the properly matched R&D ECU Tune calibrations for 91 octane fuel. The R&D Stage 1 Engine Kit will perform excellent in all recreational riding conditions using 91 octane pump gasoline. The R&D RDP-16 Wheel Kit used in Stage 1 form will utilize the oem 310X BOV (blow off valve), or the R&D Adjustable BOV set to 15.5-16 pounds of boost. NOTE: R&D does not recommend running over 15.5 pounds of boost on pump gasoline with the P16-91 octane ECU Program.
