Conditions were very rough and Mac Attack took the holeshot. However it was Farthing Racing skis that took home 1st with Davy Vaitilingon and 3rd with Alexandre Barret. Warner had some small mechanical issues but was only 1 minute behind the leader and MacClugage hurt his wrist and had to come back into the beach slower. Corsican rider Jean-Baptiste Botti had a breakdown so he did not finish the first day and his fellow country man François Médori broke his driveshaft. Craig Warner was many times in the lead however he was spending much time on air a fact that caused overheating and turned on the limp mode on his Farthing prepared Ultra 300X, so he did not do bad at all on 8th place. Chris MacClugage stated that poor vision was the cause of his accident that made him to ride in a slow motion due to his wrist ache. Click the attachment to view the official results.
