This is a photo of Sammy Pajalin’s engine which broke down after 50km of racing. Sammy had order a 2013 new boat and what he got was a 2011 with a changed engine… Initially he inspected the engine and he had found out that the cam chain tensioner was put the wrong way. Why he did not carry his own boat to Vladivostok? “We tried but almost all the freight companies declined to take the boat because size of package and the destination. We got one offer of 18000 usd for only shipping the boat to Vladivostok.
