Multi National and World Champion Jeff “The Jammer” Jacobs appeared in Havasu testing along with Chris Fischetti the five 5 zero sponsons which were specifically designed for the JS550. Jammer was so excited that he said that he will put a set of those in one of his Superstock 550. Watching Jacobs practising on his SuperJet at Body Beach made many people wondering whether he will return back in to racing.

After 10 years of hardwork, dedication, and one hell of a year riding in contests in Australia, Portugal, France, UK, and oregon the IFWA world tour. I am finally able to say today that I am the 2015 Freeride World Champion! I didn't end up winning the contest like I had hoped but I was taken out by my brother in freeride @zbfreeride took the podium finish at surfslam. I also won 2nd place in the big air showdown. so many great things happened this weekend. I can't thank everyone who has ever supported me enough. This is a cloud 9 moment. Mike Klippenstein makes it two in a row- captures the win at The Hot Products Dana Point to Oceanside & Back in just 52 min. 34 sec. Redondo Beach, CA- September 13, 2015- Mike Klippenstein, Ft. MacMurray, Alberta, Canada #212 Yamaha FX, successfully defended his title at the 2015 HOT PRODUCTS Dana Point to Oceanside & Back winning in the event with a blazing fast time of 52 Mins 35 Sec. 2nd place went to veteran Team PWCOffshore.com racer K.C. Heidler, Irvine, CA # 2 Kawasaki Ultra 300X who finished with a time of 56 Mins 09 Seconds and rounding out the podium for the 2nd time this year was Mfg. Stock Class overall champion Michael Perry, Corona, CA #27 Kawasaki Ultra 310R. Water conditions proved deceiving as the field of racers were expecting near flat conditions but large swells ruled the day and proved to be the deciding factor between the riders. Join the world's most talented watercraft surf riders September 11th, 12th and 13th on the ocean beaches of Pacific City Oregon for 2015’s premier watercraft surf event. The Surfslam is being held for its 7th year at the pristine Tierra Del Mar Beach access located just north of Pacific City, Oregon and is free to the public. The Blowsion Surf Slam brings Pro, Amateur and first time Rookie competitors from around the world competing for cash purse, prizes and points towards the International IFWA World title, as well as the Blowsion Surfslam Championship. The 2015 World Tour incorporates five international rounds with four prior stops already scored in Australia, France, Portugal and the UK. Watch it all culminate at the Blowsion Surfslam. A panel of expert judges will score the competitors in head to head double elimination format scoring them 50% for their wave surfing and 50% for their aerial maneuvers. Not able to attend?
