The IJSBA National championship was an awesome event. The AquaX team really did a great job and the event was run and set up really well. In the motos I was leading moto 1 but ended up breaking the tank strap in the rough conditions so, the tank moved and pinched off the breather line so the tank vapor locked and caused me to dnf. Moto 2, I came from mid packed and got into the lead about 2/3 I to the race. Moto 3, I got a 4 the place start passed into second behind Tyron and rode smart to the end . Our Kommander K1s worked really well in the rough conditions and the racing was very tough but fun. The races lasted approx 15 minutes each so it was great training too in the super rough conditions. British rider and winner of 2016 P1AquaX in Britain, Phil Pope announced that he will compete at the World Finals in USA with Porda Racing Team. The German team will bring its brand new carbon-hull turbo powered FZR in Lake Havasu and give the opportunity to Pope to compete among the best riders in the world in two classes, Pro Runabout GP and Pro Ski Open.

Body Beach is the place to be and train before the World Finals and has become the meeting point for the riders from all over the world. This spot was picked up by Rusty Gewecke and Aaron from Bullett Racing to create a fight and to threaten Dustin Motzouris’s wife and 5 year old daughter. Many international riders informed Jetskiworld.gr about what had happened and this is not a clean view of this sport. We have seen many riders on videos talking about clean this sport is. Well just a few weeks before the World Finals this is not the clean icon of the sport. Aaron and Rusty threw Dustin Motzouris in to the water and were trying to drown his as a threat. Then they were shouting from their track saying names and things. The market is already way too small in the pwc scene from what it used to be. We do not want to waste it completely.
