Jettribe has an update of all the action-packed race events taking place all over the world this coming weekend. First, we have the Jettribe LB2CAT & Back endurance race in Long Beach, CA on Sunday 7-20-14 at 9 a.m. We would like to add that this year Craig Warner is going for an unprecedented 5th win for Kawasaki Monster Energy to break the record. Craig is currently tied with Billy Womack with 4 wins. Also, the Australian Offshore Champion, Christian Dagostin, is competing alongside the 19-time World Closed Course Champion, Mike Klippenstein (his 1st time competing in the LB2CAT). There are 3 husband and wife teams competing as well. Lastly, we had enough entries to add an all-women's division. It should be an incredible day of racing!

When we had introduced R&D’s new Kawasaki Turbo T1 system he had mentioned that one well known Offshore rider will be using it soon at the famous race of Long Beach to Catalina. Mark Gerner is number one rider who is equipped with this new R&D turbo kit. However, we have been also informed that Team Kawasaki Jet Ski Racing also has one of those kits in its headquarters. In fact Minoru Kanamori worked closely with Bill Chapin in order to work out the details and fine tuning of the OEM ECU in order to tune it specifically for this application. Kanamori returned to Kawasaki premises with a complete kit with the scope to do some more work and this means that Craig Warner will be equipped with a brand new turbo kit for his race boat, the one he will participate at the race of Long Beach to Catalina. According to Bill Chapin the power delivery of this new turbo kit is totally different from Team Kawasaki turbo kit (on Craig Warner’s) we had tested exclusively at this year’s Mark Hahn race.

A brand new V-Drive hull was made by Trinity Composites for Anna Glennon who is anxious to receive it. Anna has tested the V-Drive in the past and she was delighted so now its her turn to get one with a three-cylinder Kawasaki engine in it. Another Trinity Composites happy customer.
