The price list was on the way, however the production of those new units is bound to start in end of July or even beginning of August. All new Benelli-Group watercrafts were launched as 2013 models and possibly will be available in September according to Kyriakos Erotoktirou (right) owner of JSR Ltd. in Cyprus.

>An exotic Jet Mate

The particular Jet Mate was prepared and set up from Blowsion. This explains the awesome work that has been done the hull, note to mention the great paint job. Inside the engine compartment there is a 800 ex-SX-R engine. Not a bad idea for a 20 year old craft? Well done Blowsion.

>Hayato?

This is the peculiar X-2 type ski that we have seen on many photos from the Japanese racing scene. Hayato is the name for the craft and it has certainly made a point to the popular class. Hopefully we will be able to talk more about it in the future.

>A different triple SX-R

The illustrated SX-R was made in Japan and Hiromasa Kaneko has been working on it for a long time. Note the peculiar design and configuration for the triple Dry Pipes. Our estimation is that this engine set up produces at least 240hp therefore if Hiromasa has a good pump set up he would be able to exceed the 67mph barrier. Well done

>UWP-IJSBA National Tour 2012: Round 5

Day one of the Sparks Xtreme Beach Sport Festival got off to a fast start with the Pro-Am Runabout Open class on the water. Dustin Farthing ripped a huge hole shot on his Monster Energy Mountain Motorsports Yamaha and was able to lead wire to wire, however running nearly the same pace in second position was Edge Performance, Rius Racing Yamaha rider Nicolas Rius. Rius was unable to track Farthing down but definitely looked to have enough speed to possible make a run at him in the next two motos. Claude Clayton, on his Judge Motorsports, Oakley powered Sea-Doo, held off a furious attack from fellow Sea-Doo rider Brian Baldwin to secure the third finishing spot. In the Pro Ski GP class Chris MacClugage leapt out to an early lead and was never pressured as he took his Monster Energy Macc Racing Hydro Turf boat to another first place finish. Behind him however the battle raged with Rockstar Energy rider Rob Flores working hard to hold off the tough challenge of Kommander Industries, Blowsion racer David Redinger who eventual crossed the finish line third with fellow Kommander Industries rider Kody Copenhaven in fourth. In the Pro Am Runabout Stock class we had several red flag restarts and when we finally got the race under way three riders had to start with a dead engine. Troy Snyder took advantage of their misfortune and pulled the hole shot on his Snyder Built, Riva Racing Sea Doo boat. The Neptune racing rider settled into a nice rhythm and was able to take the moto one win. Ryan Hardwick on his Mountain Motorsports Farthing Racing Yamaha was pressured throughout the race by the Monster Energy, Hydro Turf Sea-Doo of Chris MacClugage. There were several spots where it looked like MacClugage was going to get around Hardwick but the Yamaha pilot was able to hold the G.O.A.T. off and take 2nd overall with MacClugage crossing the finish line in 3rd. In our Freestyle Exhibition, Daniel Martin continued to impress in the Amateur class as he builds toward a possible IJSBA World Title shot in Lake Havasu, AZ this fall. You can find Saturday's race results a www.uwpinc.com.

>Riva Turbo kit for RXP-X

Last summer, particularly in July a few days after BRP has launched its new RXP-X, Riva promoted its Turbo kit for the particular model. After the last Moto of Pro Runabout Open in Havasu (World Finals 2011) we had the exclusive opportunity to test ride Eric Lagopoulos’s RXP-X which was equipped with this particular Riva Turbo kit. However, the performance was not really at its best and Dave Bamdas, owner of Riva Motorsports confessed (after this test) that they were going to work on the ECU in order to provide more horsepower at low and mid rpm. Today (27-6-2012) Bamdas confirmed the new updates of this kit by saying the following “The kit is moving towards production now. We hope to be shipping complete systems before Havasu (i.e. the World Finals 2012). We have corrected the power curve problem by using a different size turbo. Still working with the water cooled Tial brand turbo.”
