>Kawasaki garage sale

Kawasaki Motors Japan presented a garage sale last week end (23rd of Nov.) in Kobe-City, Japan. The enthusiasts were able to watch the stocks of the shops, trial maker products, enthusiastic parts, old hulls....etc. You could also find from PJS complete engine to Kawi OEM handle poles (Yuki and Hide Kurahashi used). S.E had its booth too and they managed to sell a lot of trial product and commodities that it had in stock, products like modified exhaust chambers, cylinders, carburetors, intake grates and etc.

>Middle sponsons “Tsukasa” model

First we had rear sponsons, lately the front ones came into fashion and now… someone introduced the middle sponsons. Developed with Mr. Kyoji Katayama - Japan's leading constructor. Designed with a new idea in mind, of installing it in the middle of the hull in order to enhance handling characteristics especially when the riders changes direction rapidly, by leaning from one side to the other. These set of middle sponsons made smooth cornering possible. Especially made for X-2’s (and SX-R), they display supreme result with it because their front end tends to slide frequently. To all riders and teams: Right now the closest airport that still operates is Utapao airport. This airport is located in Rayong (About 30 minutes to Pattaya). If is possible please check with any airlines in your countries that there are flight to Utapao airport or not. Some riders catch a flight to Singapore and then connect to Utapao airport. There is another choice, in case there is no flight to Utapao airport, you can fly to Chiang Mai or Phuket and take a van or bus to Pattaya. Hope this information is useful for you and please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information. About the closure of the airport in Thailand, from news the airport might be opened again this Saturday evening or Sunday. >R&D Yam pipe for Kawi

Sato Engineering recently revealed the modification that it carries to an R&D Yamaha pipe in order to install it on a Kawasaki (800SX-R/800X-2). Sato Engineering modify this pipe for either to plug it to the OEM cylinder or to a Billet cylinder conversion. Still it makes us wonder why anyone will do all this work since he can simply buy a Factory Pipe for the Kawasaki SX-R or X-2? We will find out…

This is the latest edition of SE carburettors. These Shower carburettors feature 24 tiny fuel holes inside the bore. They are based on Mikuni's SBN carburettors though they are bored to 49mm.
