According to Tim Gewecke, Bullett Racing is preparing both hulls (V2 Wideboy SX-R and V2 S4) for their customers all over the world. Aaron Gewecke and Chris MacClugage are training vigilantly to stay on top form. Aaron's just did his first sprint triathlon last weekend where he finished first in his age group and 36th overall out of a 116 competitiors in the sprint triathlon. Chris is getting ready for the next round of Aquabike in Milan and Aaron is getting ready for the first round of Jettribe Westcoast series to race Sport Open and Ski Open Classes, where he will compete in both Amateur Open and run the #1 ski and Pro-am open ski. Dustin Motzouris is building both a new V2 S4 and a V2 Wideboy SX-R for this season, Cody Copenhaver just took delivery of his 1st of 2 skis and already is putting laps on it at Body Beach.

According to Jet Raid Organization riders who have already booked for the race or intend to race should be bearing in mind the following: There only 60 days left prior the start of the race. Base Hotel has limited rooms for booking therefore you should proceed with your booking and payment into the account of Jetraid ltd. for your registration and companions. Also, you must already book your ticket to Athens since the latest you book the higher you will pay for it. The distance from Athens to Kalamata is 300km driven in a highway. The event starts on the 9th of June and ends on the 14th and the expenses will be paid for those days. It is mandatory to use GPS devise and it is recommend it to fix it securely on the watercraft and also make sure you carry another one on the boat for safety. JetRaid organization provides all riders with a satellite locator device for free however you have to leave a deposit as security in case the rider lose it or brake it.

Round 2 of the Australian Watercross National Tour sponsored by Jettribe and hosted by the NSWPWC was held this last weekend 22nd and 23rd March at the St George Sailing Club at Sans Souci in Sydney’s south. Two days of perfect weather, an impressive crowd of onlookers, enthusiastic contenders and some sensational racing resulted in an awesome weekend for all. Anthony Antees (JSW Powersports) was in front in Pro/Am Open Runabout with James Masterton (Sydney Seadoo) second and another local rider, Paul Leven (Dans Jetpower) in third. Pro/Am Open Ski was won by Joel Barry of Victoria with Adelaide’s Jake Barker second and Kylie Ellmers in third. Pro/Am Stock Runabout with visiting American and 2012 USA Pro Runabout Ltd National Champion Denis Mack and the debut of the new Yamaha SVHO FZS in first place, Christian D’Agostin (Kawsasaki 300x) second and Mitchell Wayt in third also on a SVHO FZS Yamaha Waverunner.

It is almost two and a half months before the flog will drop for the 4th International Endurance/Offshore race of Akropolis Jet Raid and 23 riders from 10 different countries have already signed up for the event. This the current list of riders: Jean-Bruno Pastorello, Akis Malouchos, Stamatis Tsounakis, David Chassier, Nikolas Tomaras, Pandelis Politis, Paolo Dias, Sammy Pajalin, Pierre Natali, Andrea Barenghi, Olivier Labas, Vidal, Tottenwicz Jr, Tottenwicz Sr, Gaston Diaz, Martin Diaz, Mano Panousis, Tomas Pazler, Andrea Kubazki, Hraklis Koufopoulos, Panagiotis Iliopoulos and Tasos Ioanides. Will Pastorello make it fourth in a raw? He was unlucky in Havasu but the Greeks water is a bigger challenge for him. Who will be the fastest and most consistent Greek rider? The race will start on 9th of June.
