Rainer Conhen from Luxembourg is the only rider who is racing on a Yamaha. He has a dealership back home and he is racing an almost bone stock SHO. He has been racing with Yamaha for years and he believes that he has good chances to climb to the top if the conditions will get pretty rough.

Each year Jean-Bruno Pastorello who is officially sponsored by Kawasaki France, is participating at the Akropolis Jet Raid with a new set up on his race craft. His team reveals for the first time, before the race some of the new spec. His engine is equipped with new designed forged pistons, reprofiled cams, new ECU mapping and updated oil and engine cooling system. Team Pastorello works in a close cooperation with Kawasaki France and they also inform KHI about their engine set up and development.

Many French teams have accepted the challenge of the Akropolis Jet Raid in Greece and Team Marina Jet is one of them with main sponsor Casincaise. Two pilots, Cherici Manu and Martin Alain will give their best to fight the tough conditions of the Greek sea. We hope to see them crossing the finish line on Saterday

They have raced in Jet Raid since 1999 and they are always getting a good place finish at the end. The Mousselman couple is very experienced and this year are competing on a Ultra 300X. Are they going to finish at the podium again? Who knows, however they will be tough to pass on every stage since they have the pace, the experience and the good strategy that are needed to win.

Frenchman Jean-Bruno Pastorello has been already in Greece from Thursday in order to prepare and fine tune the set up of his race boat and also to take care of the rast of his team boats. He has been winning many Offshore Endurance races the last years. He has been the winner of Akropolis Jet Raid in 2012 and in 2011. He knows what is needed to win such a demanding race and is the favorite of winning this race again. His sponsors are: Kawasaki France, PJS, Hexis energy drink, Jet Pilot, sun way, TechOneRacing, Heracles Gym, Dragon, BUD, Bouducon.fr, Idiartecc, ISUZU and Fuchs/Silcolene.

Sammy Pajalin owner of 88motorsport.fi is preparing to fine tune his race crafts for Akropolis Jet Raid 2013. He has brought in Greece two 300X with a different set up. One of them is mild tuned and the other one is almost stock. His sponsors are: Mad Croc energy, Benelli, Lucas Oil, Jettribe, 88Racing, Jettrim, TARDBC, SEALVER. Sammy is used in tough weather conditions and he looks forward to a good result.
