Multi champion Akis Malouchos has a steady place in the podium in both, Pro Ski and Pro Runabout Open classes. At the 6th round of the season he won both motos in the Pro Ski class, a mark that makes him unbeatable in the class. On the other hand a broken steering cable, in the first moto of the Pro Runabout Open class, slowed him down from winning the moto. Though, he won the second moto of the class next day. Therefore, the popular racer has come even closer to the title in both classes. He is the only Greek rider who has won the title in the past in both classes in the same season, and most probably he will succeed again this year.

The French rider appeared very strong in the famous wet terrain of Portugal, where he won all, three motos, in the GP Ski class. As a result he climbed to the top of the podium ahead of Urbain and Monti. Younger rider Botti finished fourth overall ahead of his teammate, and last years European champion Steven Dauliach. Though, the Rius Team informed the www.jetskiworld.gr, that his race craft is not legible for the IJSBA, World Finals, therefore, the team does know yet whether it will be able to prepare a new race craft in order to participate at the World Finals this year.

The famous world winner Tera Laho is practicing hard on daily basis, in her native water of Lake Havasu, with one goal in mind, to win the world title in Pro Am Women Ski at the World Finals. According to the information taken from Rius Racing Team, Tera is working closely with chief mechanic of Rius Racing, Christophe Girello in order to create the best performance package, out of the Superjet platform. Rius Racing provided a picture of Tera Laho during her practice in Lake Havasu. The French rider won the European title last year by outperforming in the womens’ class and additionally she got the 3rd place at the world finals. The 5th round of the National personal watercraft championship was held at Menidi, Aitoloakarnanias. Multi Champion, Akis Malouchos was the winner of the Pro Ski class, winning with both motos, showing that nobody can threaten him. Malouchos was the protagonist in the Pro Runabout Open. He won the 2nd moto and finished second at the first leg of the race. His steady performance and the wins he has up to know, in conjunction with the accidents of some of his competitors and the DNF’s of his opponents (the accident of Kampaflis and Schinidis, and the DNF of Ladogiannis) have brought him closer to the desired Championship title.

Please use these rules to supplement the Runabout Stock Class rules Four Stroke runabout which are modified to these rules and are normally aspirated may compete in the Runabout 1200 Limited, Runabout Four Stroke Limited, and Runabout Open classes.
