19-20.12.2015, U.I.M. World-Championship Finals: Sharjah United Arabic Emirates - The Sports and Science graduate, Kevin Reiterer, competed last weekend in Sharjah at the final Grand Prix of the World Championship. Kevin had an unfortunate start into the season, with a 0 points finish in Qatar. With two overall victories at the next two Grand Prix the Austrian closed in on points with his top competitors. The 23 year old pro athlete showed this weekend, a last time of the season, his amazing skills and won both motos in convincing fashion. Finishing the overall championship in front of Jeremy Poret (FRA) and Nacho Armillias (ESP). “A dream comes true! I am so amazed and happy with this season and overwhelmed with the 2015 World title! Now I am on my way back home for a couple of days to enjoy recovering and relaxing holiday with family and friends before heading to the next tests for the 2016 season.”, says the 2015 World Champion. Official Race Report from Kev-Racing: On the 4-6 December the top 20 racers of the world competed at the King’s Cup in Thailand. The most prestigious race of the season characterized by its difficult race conditions. Four Motos on open sea with heavy seas pushed the best of the best to their limits. The Austrian winner of 2008, Kevin Reiterer, convinced with amazing performance on the first day. “Waves and riding against the best in the world takes me out of my comfort zone. Pushing myself to the limit on a 220hp monster, over 16 minutes and an average heart rate of 186 beats per minute is what I love to do and showed me once again why I love what I am doing.”, says the 23 year old sports graduate after amazing battles in the first Motos. The Austrian knew what he wanted to achieve and had a solid second day that led him to overall victory. Thanks to the high recognition of the sport by Thailand’s royal family, the winners received their trophy by the princess of Thailand. Reiterer, an icon in his sport, impressed spectators and competitors with his performance, but more important with his amount of joy and passion that he brings into the sport. >King’s Cup 2015: Pro GP Ski Moto 3

Young gun from Japan Shotaro Kokubun took the holeshot once again in Pro GP Ski showing to the rest of the guys that he means business. Therefore, already he has taken 3 holeshots out of three motos which is an impressive result. However, the moto was won by Dauliach who finished ahead of Reiterer. Kokubun was third leaving Jeremy Poret out of the podium and MacClugage in 5th place.

>King’s Cup 2015: Pro GP Runabout Moto 1

Gyorgy Kasza has not loose any of his speed or fitness from the IJSBA World Finals since he appeared to be very fast. He won Moto 1 ahead of Bushell and Mohanmad Borabee. Jean-Baptiste Botti finished 5th in Moto 1 and British rider Phil Pope was just 10th. The results of Moto 2 have not announced officially yet.

Kokubun took the holeshot again and lead the race in first lap however, things did not go so well later since he fell off. Jeremy Poret took the win in Moto 2 ahead of Reiterer (Kevin was very fast in this moto) and MacClugage and Kokubun finished in fourth place. Dauliach toped the 5th place ahead of Tyron Motzouris.

Shotaro Kokubun the young gun from Japan took the holeshot and lead the moto and managed to see first the cheqered flag ahead of Steven Dauliach and Kevin Reiterer. Jeremy Poret the IJSBA World Finals double winner made it hardly in 7th due to luck of speed.
