>James Wilson made it 2nd Overall

Trinity Composites sponsored rider James Wilson finished second Overall in Pro Am GP Ski at the Pro Watercross National Tour, Round 3 at Reno Sparks. He mentioned that the elevation was so high that it was a lot of effort on the mechanics to fine tune his boat and also it affected rider’s breathing too. He added that tehy lost some power however, Tim Judge worked hard on it and his boat pulled really hard all the way to the top end. We have tested his World Finals Trinity Vector SX-R last year and since then his boat had just slight handling changes which made huge improvements to its overall performance.

>Tyron’s details on the Reno race

“My team, Kommander did a great job on my ski, it had so much mid to top end power. We were running a new spec les cook turbo and manifold with my world finals spec motor, we battled a bit with the lag due to the altitude. This is the same spec that Dustin reached 75mph in Havasu. We also ran a new ride plate that we manufactured which improved the handling.” Tyron Motzouris was testing also a prototype ride plate that will most probably be released in the future by Kommander Ind. specifically designed for Bullett Hydros. >Aqsa Aswar won 3 motos in Pro Runabout Limited

Young Indonesian athlete Aqsa Aswar, brother of Aero competed in Pro Runabout Limited in the third Round of Pro Watercross National Tour in the USA and won all three motos. The “kid” was phenomenal and proved his got the energy and brains to do it. Great job from such a determined athlete.

>Tyron Motzouris, a great winner

Tyron Motzouris had a great weekend at the third round of Pro Watercross National Tour in the USA by winning the Overall Pro-Am GP Ski. He won Moto 2 and had a Dustin says it all “Moto 2 is done, I got a great jump but had to come over from last spot on the grid so lost a lot of ground and cam onto the front straight about 8th, got through most of the pack to get 3rd on a track really tough to pass on. Tyron holeshotted and won moto 2 which was awesome, he was on it. In Moto 3 Tyron got the holeshot but I was able to come out ahead out the split, Tyron got 2nd which gave him his first overall in Pro-Am GP Ski ,so happy for him he deserved it” James Wilson and Ian Roberts stepped up to the podium too. >Motz will race Hydro at Ryno

Kommander Industries has already set their rig at the Ryno race site for the third Round of the Nationals. However, the big surprise is that Dustin Motzouris will compete on his Kommander Hydro at this Round due to the elevation. >USA Freeride event

Krash are proud to announce that in conjunction with some of the USA's largest Freeride events we will be running a 4 round USA national tour. There will be 5 classes Pro, Amateur, Rookies, Runabout and Masters the Overalls for the Pro class will be over the 4 rounds where as for the Amateur, Rookies, Runabout and Masters there will be an East Coast Champion and West Coast Champion. The scoring criteria will consist of 50% surf riding and 50% aerial maneuvers as it is done at all other major International events. Again a massive thank you to Dan Lindgren at the Grayland open, Nick Foederer at Daytona Freeride and Dan Swartz at wavedaze for getting behind this to help get it off the ground and also the Zack and Jake Bright for there on going input and assistance.
