There is a lot rumors being heard over the years that Yamaha has been working extensively on producing a new stand-up with a four-stroke engine. Their test units are running almost every day and an insider spokesman has revealed that Yamaha’s main worry is water that gets in to the engine compartment and how would they solve the warranty issues due to it. However lately it was revealed that Yamaha has been working on a four-stroke Blaster project. In the past Yamaha USA has cooperated with Bullett and Wammiltons on hull projects and these are the only aftermarket hull manufacturers that are still in business and both deal with stand-ups and Blasters…

RICKTER RRP 155mm aluminum pump shoe for all RICKTER, SuperJet, Wave Blaster and aftermarket hulls. The new RRP pump shoe was designed for easy installation and doesn’t requires hours of grinding, cutting or fiberglass modification for the proper installation. The 155mm shoe can be bored to 160mm and larger. A lip at the top of the shoe and behind the intake grate has been added to create a great sealing surface with a 155mm pump seal. This 155mm shoe is CNC machined and lightened.

These are the sponsons that Jean-Bruno Pastorello was using this year at the Akropolis Jet Raid in Greece. The backing plate consists of two pieces and the blade secures with three allen bolts. The pictured sponsons were used by a particular rider (and team) at the Akropolis Jet Raid in Greece. Actually the rider replaced them with a different set since those ones had not been tested extensively. Their unique design makes them much lighter than other adjustable sponsons we have seen for the Ultra. The backing plate is also adjustable in three different positions. At the moment we have not been informed yet about the price and the availability of the particular sponsons.
