>Markus’s triple SX-R

Markus Erlach of sx-r.com has worked on his triple SX-R version. According to his sayings the project is interesting and very promising for the future. At the moment his engine set up reaches 7700rpm with 100octane fuel by using the stock pump with 33 degrees Celsius. He also works on special rde plate in order to gain approximately another mile in top speed but with this set up –the triple engine- top speed is not the key. Markus is also developing an Igni ECU for this particular engine although at the moment he is using an advent ignition. He stated that his SX-R is pretty fast and is going really well compared to other Kawasaki or tuned Stand Ups. In the near future he will work on a new triple set up with more fast goodies on it.

>Yamaha SuperJet 2012

The Super Jet, dressed all in black, is accentuated with its orange stripes which give an impression of a sharp riding style. SuperJet's industry-leading lightness and compactness provide a variety of advantages: outstanding agility, improved acceleration performance, and a feeling of unity which makes the machine an extended part of your body. This is the world of pure sport, based on one-to-one communication between rider and machine. The unique shape of the hull sides, the flared front and narrow rear work together to create stability and a feeling of neutral banking during turns. The task was to make a machine that can cut deeply into its rival's inside, make a turn as sharp as a blade, and race on to the next turn. At the moment Yamaha is the only personal watercraft constructor with a two-stroke Ski remained in the line up. It is not known yet if Kawasaki will keep the SX-R 800 for 2012, although the Akashi company has announced last years its final edition of Stand-Up.

>R&D speed-up module available now

The new R&D Ultra 300X Speed-up Module was developed to easily install and interface between the stock speedometer and the O.E.M. ECU to recondition and regulate the Htz rate which will allow the Kawasaki drive by wire throttle system to operate at a 1-1 ratio (No Boost Limit Control). The new R&D Speed Control module cancels out all top speed controlling throttle plate manipulation from the ECU. Without the R&D Module, the ECU can regulate the throttle plate which lowers air flow volumes, and boost levels into the intake manifold plenum restricting top speed. The R&D Speed Control Module allows full boost levels to be achieved which produce a 3-4 MPH speed gain on a box stock Ultra 300X. The R&D Module will allow all aftermarket b olt-on parts to perform to their full potential. The R&D Module interface is undetected (stealth) to the ECU, so no warnings, codes, or stored information to worry about. The R&D Module plugs into the O.E.M. wire harness super easy in 5-10 minutes. A 3-4 MPH plug and play speed gain in less than 10 minutes! No tools required to install. Features: 3-4 MPH top speed improvement, Retains O.E.M dash functions, Eco mode, and Cruise Control, Plugs into O.E.M. harness terminals for a factory looking install, completely stealth to the ECU, Improved RPM performance (up to 300+), Full Boost levels achieved (2 pound boost addition), Top speed performance significantly improved, 10 minute plug and play performance, Works well with all other performance bolt on parts (R&D Ride Plate & Aquavein Scoop Grates). It is already available from R&D or Hot Products USA (p/# 801-15300).
