French company Star Bar recently launched a new turn plate that utilizes straight –not V-shape- handle bars. It does not feature bearings but bushings in order to enhance the free feeling and free motion. It is CNC machined from billet aluminium and comes anodized in order to resist corrosion. The new turn plate will match the brand new handle pole that will be available in August. The company will probably lauch an ATV-type bars that will alter the riding position.

Parking space might be a luxury for the Europeans on the other hand, in the US most of the people have plenty of space. This is reigning champion’s Craig Warner’s garage. You do not need much time to realize that he has two STX-15 Supercharged race crafts, an Ultra, another Kawasaki three seater as well as a Monster Energy painted SX-R. The new Star Bar handle pole is very similar to the well known Rick Roy Products handle pole. Though, this one is not adjustable there are different bars available in different sizes. It will fit the SX-R, Super Jet and S4. The bars come in 8 different colors and a Blowsion pad can be used on the top. A new myth is born thanks to the close collaboration between a major helmet brand and the world’s best Off-Road racing riders. All the components and every manufacturing detail of the new Shark helmet have been designed to give maximum satisfaction to its wearer. The shell is made from multi-directional composite fibers and strengthened with carbon/aramid. The company makes 3 shell sizes to cover the whole range of helmet sizes and ensure perfect fit. The newly designed chin bar incorporates a new bumper and provides better protection. It has a fully adjustable, removable and washable interior from Coolmax fabric. The new wider peak is flexible and is supported with aluminium screws. Additionally, it has ergonomic chin pads and a double-D-ring “racing” chin strap. It weights 1250 +/- 50gr and attracts anyone’s attention due to its superb graphics and superb quality.

This is a very clever device that was initially designed by a group of divers and was first presented in the Spanish Boat Show in Barcelona recently. It is available in four different models ((Jet Ski, Water Motorcycle, crafts up to 4m and 450kg and small powerboats). It weights around 150-175kg depending on the model and gets in motion via a petrol engine. It can not get into the water; it has a manual winch to pull the craft and the operator on the water by using elastic tubes. Its price ranges from 4.500-5000euros which generally does not make it affordable to everyone.
