The R&D High Compression Piston Kit is designed to boost overall compression for increased horsepower throughout the entire RPM range. Designed for closed course racing and race gas. The piston kit is already available (Pt. # 431-25095) from R&D.

The R&D RXT-X 84mm Pump Reduction cone will reduce the venturi size from a short O.E.M. 87mm large bore design to a plus .750 over stock venturi length with a final venturi size of 84mm. Increased hook up, stronger acceleration and mid range, improved top speed performance.

The new three cylinder Benelli version is available in four versions (actually five), three for the Series-S and two for the Series-R models. Horsepower figures start from around 100hp and reach 172hp. The horsepower difference is achieved by altering the mapping of the ECU, changing the compression ratio and the camshaft timing. The diameter of the throttle bodies as well as the size of the injectors remains the same at all engine applications.

The R&D RXT-X Pump Cone Kit is an inexpensive and creative bolt on part that adds extended length over the O.E.M. plastic pump cones length, which will reduce cavitation while adding additional pump thrust. Spacing the pump cones length will add to top speed while keeping the engine rpm’s stable and out of the rev limiter! Precision cast aluminum, CNC machined, and o-ring sealed for leak free pump bearing protection. Available at R&D.

The international press launch of the HSR-Benelli personal water crafts has been re-scheduled for the 28th of May. The press lauch will take place in Murcia Spain. Jetskiworld.gr will attend the launch and it will provide to the readers during the weekend the exclusive coverage of the four pwc’s (Series-S and Series-R). Stay tuned to read all about it.

Since the Austrian based company decided to ban any type of sponsorship in pwc racing, it has found a different mean of promoting its new products. Recently it was shown at the first round of the European U.I.M. Championship which was held in Cyprus. HSR-Benelli had on display the forthcoming models though there were not available for test ride at the moment but possibly in the near future after the official international press launch.

Two new Ski’s were shown at the first round of the European tour under the semi-factory tend of Franky Zapata Racing. Zapata has designed a new hull and the stock version is supplied with a Sea Doo 950 engine while the Superstock version carries a 1100cc power plant. According to our respectable source the stock version is by far faster than a current 1100 Superstock SX-R.
