There are many cases that have featured in the past with the rear hull end of the old square nose Yamaha SuperJet filled with water making the boat way too heavy. Joey Morneault mentioned an interesting trick. After cutting of part of the tray you remove the foam and you fill the same space with ping pong balls and then fit two duck bills at the transom.
